She was preceded in death by her loving husband and daughter, both parents, four brothers, two sisters, and two sisters-in-law. Frank was born, October 11, 1935 in Spanish Fork, Utah along with his twin sister, Francis, to Edna Boyack and Clarence A Holm. He then attended Utah Trade Tech. He served as Cub master, Scoutmaster and earned the Silver Beaver Award, one of Scouting's highest honors. He enjoyed sports and hunting and especially loved cheering for the Yankees. He was an EMT with Payson City for 36 years and an active Fireman for over 50 years in Payson. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 12th, 1957. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Maxine Garbett Hill of Payson, Utah, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends.
